About Dr. Carly
Hi! I'm Dr. Carly Martin, ND. I'm a naturopathic physician specializing in hormonal health, digestive/GI conditions, immune dysfunction, and metabolism. My approach is rooted in listening first: understanding the full picture of your health, so that what we build together actually fits your body and your life.
I came to naturopathic medicine through my own experience with chronic illness. That journey gave me a deep appreciation for how disorienting the healthcare system can be, and how exhausting it is to be handed off from one specialist to the next without ever getting real answers. I approach care like a detective: peeling back the layers, tracing symptoms back to their root cause, and building a plan that helps you not only feel better, but actually understand your own body. I want to be the kind of doctor I wished I'd had: someone who listens carefully, explains things clearly, and works with you as a real partner in your health.
My goal is to support you in making meaningful, sustainable changes that lead to lasting wellness, no matter what stage of life you're in. Together, we'll create a personalized path forward that feels clear, achievable, and truly aligned with you.

My background
I completed my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. Before medical school, I earned my B.S. in Psychobiology at UCLA, which first drew me toward understanding the deep connections between the body's systems, the mind, and overall health. I went on to complete a two-year residency focused on women's health and gastroenterology, which sharpened both my clinical skills and my belief that lasting healing starts with understanding the whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
